The Code brings together Dentsu Aegis Network’s approach to future talent, work experience and apprenticeship schemes. The initiative draws on the power of DAN’s people to share time, career experiences and expertise by using innovative games to attract future talent and to bring together diverse perspectives into entry-level positions.
DAN secured a space at Picturehouse Central for the duration of AdWeek. The talent attraction initiative focused on gamified assessment. We brought to life the new identity designed by Co&Co Studio into a physical experience for the event.
